No one will be required to work in known hazardous conditions or in any unsafe manner. Management is committed to safe working practices and providing our employees with the knowledge, tools, and equipment to get the job done safely and efficiently.
Established Safety Program
Smith’s Waterproofing LLC’s on-going commitment to our Safety Program includes new hire orientation, along with issuing a “duffle bag of PPE” to new employees; we provide employee training and refresher courses; “Tool Box Talks”; and we maintain written policies, on hand, for all employees’ use.
